Fugenjikko-Kan "Active Plaza"e Fugenjikko-Kan "Active Plaza" was built as a facility to support the self-directed study and the personal growth of our students. e "Active Hall" on the rst oor is a multi-purpose hall where lectures, symposia and seminars can be held. e second and third oors are managed by the student-led Student Support Center and house the Student Commons on the second oor and the Learning Commons on the third oor. e Student Commons is an open space that can accommodate up to 300 people and can be used exibly and actively by both small and large groups. e Learning Commons is a place for self-study, such as writing reports, etc., as well as for group work and discussion, student-led seminar activities, and presentations. e fourth oor of the building is occupied by the Division of Academic Support and the Division of Student Support, and the h oor houses the Division of Career Support and the Center for Teacher Education Support. On the sixth oor, you can enjoy a meal at an Italian restaurant, Italian Tomato Café Jr.22
